The Program

The Dating Human Method

A guided personal-development experience for people who want to date with more self-awareness, authenticity, courage, and choice.

This isn’t a program about becoming more desirable. It’s about becoming more yourself.

Through reflection, conversation, and real-world experiments, we practice six capacities: KNOW. CHOOSE. SHOW. CONNECT. COMMUNICATE. ALIGN.

The goal is not to guarantee a particular relationship outcome. It is to help you build the capacity to know yourself, choose consciously, communicate honestly, connect human-to-human, and walk away from what is not aligned without abandoning yourself.

Six weeks, six practices

How it runs

Week 1 — KNOW

Self-knowledge, values, wants, patterns, inherited rules.

This week’s practice: Notice one moment when an inherited dating rule competes with what is actually true for you.

Week 2 — CHOOSE

Agency, discernment, compatibility without worth judgments.

This week’s practice: After an interaction, evaluate your experience before wondering how you were evaluated.

Week 3 — SHOW

Authenticity, gradual vulnerability, reducing performance.

This week’s practice: Share one appropriate small truth you would normally edit.

Week 4 — CONNECT

Curiosity, presence, empathy, reciprocity, fact versus fantasy.

This week’s practice: Have one conversation with the goal of understanding rather than impressing.

Week 5 — COMMUNICATE

Truth, boundaries, needs, questions, hard conversations, receiving truth.

This week’s practice: Say one clear, kind truth without using timing or wording to manipulate the outcome.

Week 6 — ALIGN

Fit, rejection, endings, release, integration.

This week’s practice: Identify one reality you are ready to accept instead of negotiate with.

Two ways to work through it

In a group

A small group moving through the six weeks together — honest conversation with other people choosing authenticity over performance. Much of the value is discovering how ordinary your struggles turn out to be.

One-on-one

The same six practices, private, paced to your life and shaped around what you’re actually navigating right now.

Some people do both. We’ll figure out which fits together in your first session.

What you work with

Reflection exercises for each practice. Real-world experiments to try between sessions — dating is the practice, so the practice happens in your actual dating life. A repeatable debrief for after a date or a hard conversation. And a simple test to run before you send a message you’re nervous about.

What this is, and isn’t

Dating Human is coaching and personal development. It is not psychotherapy, and it does not promise that you will meet a partner, get married, or reach any particular dating outcome.

What it offers is practice: greater self-awareness, agency, authenticity, communication, compassion, and alignment. Those are the capacities that make relationships possible — and they belong to you regardless of how any one relationship turns out.

Start with a conversation

The best way to find out whether Dating Human is right for you is to talk. Book a 1:1 session — we’ll talk about where you are in your dating life, what’s been hard, and what you’re hoping for. Just an honest conversation.

Not ready to talk yet? Join the list and I’ll let you know when the next group opens.
